As we continue to watch the storm with uncertainty of exactly where it will hit and who all will be impacted, we have decided it would be best to fully power down and disconnect all office equipment when the time comes. We are doing this to minimize damages to the office equipment. This will mean that our offices will be offline during these days, and will not be powered back up until you return after the storm. It is important that you communicate this to your office members as they will not have internet or use of the office equipment.

Preparing for the storm:

• Locate and restock or create your “Hurricane Box”. (See attached hurricane instructions for details about the “Hurricane Box”.)
• Make sure all computer equipment is off the floor and turned off. (Computers can be moved from floor to chairs or table tops.)
• Move all equipment away from windows and doors opening to the outside.
• Please have your emergency contact information ready with your teams.
• Power down office network per instructions provided.
